Everyone has the right to live free from violence and abuse. If you are experiencing abuse, you are not alone. There is support available to you.

We know that taking that first step, like picking up the phone, can be daunting and scary. But, staff in domestic abuse services are highly trained and experienced. They are there to listen and respond to your needs. They will not pressure you to make any decisions.


There are helplines in every county in Ireland, some of them operate 24 hours a day.
