Emilie Boman is a Senior Public Policy Associate at Uber, a technology company that connects users with licensed drivers at the push of a button. She works across policy and regulatory issues, with a particular focus on safety. Prior to this, Emilie worked at Virgin Media, as a Senior Public Affairs Manager where she led the company’s work on child protection and launched the Switched on Families digital education programme. Before this she was a Policy Advisor at the International Chamber of Commerce, heading up policy programmes on Responsible Business. Emilie holds a Masters in Politics & Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
