Caroline Counihan B.L. was called to the Bar in 1992 and has worked as a Legal Advisor to Safe Ireland since 2014. Her work involves researching and drafting legal policy documents and advocating for positive legal changes on behalf of survivors of domestic violence. Caroline has previously worked in private practice, specialising in criminal, family and asylum and immigration law, in both England & Wales and Ireland. Caroline also has a BSc in Psychology from the University of London.
