Ethos/Main Aims of Organisation:
ADAPT seeks to challenge domestic abuse, support women survivors of domestic abuse and their children and lobby for change to eliminate violence against women.
ADAPT refuge and support service provides a range of services for women survivors of domestic abuse and their children. These are available to those living in the refuge and, on an outreach basis, to those living in the community. The services are confidential and focus on being welcoming, friendly and supportive while also providing safety and protection for the women and children using them.

Ethos/Main Aim:
To give women a space to talk about their experiences either in one to one or group support. To raise awareness of the issue and to provide information in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
Brief Description of Refuge/Support Service:
The project supports women who are or have experienced domestic abuse and have taken the first step to improve their lives. We offer one to one support, peer support and court accompaniment. Information is available and shared through networking and awareness raising events.
