Ethos/Main Aim:
OSS Cork responds to the needs of:

People experiencing domestic violence
in Cork city and county by offering a visible centrally
located resource centre where people experiencing domestic
violence can access information, advice, advocacy and
support services..

Relatives and friends of victims of
domestic violence

Professionals, agencies and organisations
who encounter victims of domestic violence in the course
of their work by providing an identifiable referral point.

OSS Cork works to promote greater awareness
of the issue of domestic violence to contribute to its
prevention and timely and appropriate service provision.
OSS Cork provides information on a broad
range of issues including legal, financial and housing, tailored
to the needs and requirements of each person who contacts
the centre.
OSS Cork provides a free and confidential service that includes:
information, support, referral, advocacy and accompaniment.
OSS Cork offers a walk-in service, a telephone helpline and
an appointment service.
