Aims of Organisation:
ADAPT seeks to challenge domestic abuse, support women survivors
of domestic abuse and their children and lobby for change
to eliminate violence against women.
ADAPT refuge and support service provides
a range of services for women survivors of domestic abuse
and their children. These are available to those living in
the refuge and, on an outreach basis, to those living in the
community. The services are confidential and focus on being
welcoming, friendly and supportive while also providing safety
and protection for the women and children using them. ADAPT
can accommodate up to 11 families in the refuge.
